For almost 20 years we have been honored to host everyone in person for our firm’s signature NMTC Summit. Given our collective adjustment to COVID-19, this year’s Summit will be a virtual event. However, we will not let physical proximity get in the way of great content and opportunities to network!
The virtual platform will include a main session ballroom, side “chat rooms” that you can join for a deeper dive into subject matter covered in the main session, rooms to facilitate on-line meetings, and our very own exhibit hall. It is not quite South Beach, but we are looking forward to an incredible experience including end of day virtual happy hours.
The overall theme will be an exploration of the acute vulnerability LICs are facing and the opportunity for the community development industry to come together to work towards a better tomorrow. With legislation in play and a greater sensitivity of the need to build infrastructure, we will explore what a brighter future might look like. Healthcare, education, and the food economy are asset classes to re-explore. Workforce development, data analytics, and sources of leverage will be among the subject matter.
We look forward to seeing everyone soon, albeit virtually. We hope to leverage our platform to engage in this important conversation over the course of the year as we all grapple with the challenges of whatever our new normal becomes. Register today!
